About Us

The idea of starting a taxi services emanated at TEQ Logistics from a rather routine incident being faced by many customers every day. A last minute denial of the taxi booked by us, without any plausible reason by the service provider left the team in lurch. By the time a new taxi was hired after going through the rigmarole of various negotiations, the team got late for a meeting resulting in business losses. The team then got together to offer a product where ordering a taxi would be as easy as ordering a burger from Mac Donalds.

Along with ease of order the idea was to offer a product, which is reliable & affordable. After a market survey to understand the issues that are faced by customers while booking a taxi, three major concerns were identified, namely ‘Variable Pricing’, ‘Punctuality‘ & ‘Cleanliness’. Keeping these basic requirements in mind and the fundamentals of ‘Technology, Efficiency & Quality’ of the company, TEQ Logistics Pvt. Ltd., we launched ‘MP TAXI Cab’.

At ‘MP TAXI Cab’ our endeavor is to make your experience a happy and memorable one whether you are travelling for business, leisure or pleasure. Our focus being relationship building, we don’t have any hidden charges or surge pricing or any other such dishonest and opportunistic practices. We also prepare customized tour itineraries for tourists visiting any place in MP.


Technology drives every aspect of our lives these days whether it is booking our meals, online payments, checking scores, planning our travel itineraries etc. everything happens online. At M P Taxi cab we strive to make your life more convenient by providing you online travel solutions. Each day we analyze how technology affects routines of our customers and accordingly we constantly evolve our systems to make the travel of our customers more convenient, hassle-freeand comfortable. We aim to develop a system where a customer is getting a real time update of the fare that is being charged.


Efficiency for us is measured on a yardstick that also measures the happiness index of our customers. It means providing drivers who are well trained, experienced & efficient; service that is timely, affordable, and efficient; vehicles that are clean, fresh and comfortable. A high of 80% is achieved on customer satisfaction index by even providing 70% of the services mentioned above. We always try to get feedback from our customers. The feedback is collated, reviewed and any improvement/suggestion that can be implemented is put into practice.


An assessment of vehicle and driver over a 50-point assessment check-sheet before every ride ensures a quality result for our every customer. Quality assurance starts at the first level – hiring of the drivers, in which the total experience is weighed against the knowledge about traffic rules, basic vehicle repairs & conduct. The second level is to ensure that the vehicles are always in a fitness ready state and the last but not the least is to identify the exact requirement of our customer and live up to the expectation of all our customers.
